Pastured Poultry
Happy, healthy birds provide us with the best meat and eggs! Our pastured chickens and turkeys are truly happy and healthy. They are fed generously on a wholesome combination of heritage grains, non-gmo feed and rich pasture. We finish our meat birds with a generous helping of seasonal produce and fruit, seeds and nuts, alfalfa and sweet clover drizzled with molasses.

Herbs
Among the many herbs already present here, for the season of 2018 we are planting echinacea angustafolia, sweet clover, and hemp!

We grow and sell herbs and value added herbal products, which are labeled according to commonly known uses and applications. It is not possible for us to diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything. You are responsible for your lifestyle and healthcare choices, and we are responsible for growing the herbs for you.
Heritage Grains
We will have Blue Corn, Blue Hopi corn, black oil sunflower seeds and amaranth at the end of the growing season this year.

A group of turkeys is referred to as a "rafter," probably because of their instinctual tendency to roost, meaning they fly into trees for protection at night while they rest. As soon as the day dawns, the turkeys fly back down and start the day with a stretch and a gobble and a hearty homegrown breakfast. During the season, they enjoy the freedom to roam and feed on bio-diverse pasture. We are constantly experimenting with the creation of the perfect turkey feed. A process more complicated than you can imagine, we incorporate a nutritionally balanced mix of grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables and even some of our herbs into their daily feed.
Whole Turkey
$7.00/lb
We offer whole frozen turkeys year round (unless sold out) and fresh turkeys the week leading up to Thanksgiving. You may specify the size and weight of your desired turkey, keeping in mind that mother nature is in control at all times! We do our best to get you what you want, however.
We prefer that our customers order their turkeys at the beginning of the spring season to help with initial costs, but we always raise plenty of extra birds so if you are in need of a turkey for the holidays please let us know! We also have many friends who raise turkeys and we're sure we can help you find a natural, local bird for your feast.
Whole Chicken
$4.00/lb
We also have a limited supply of Cornish Rock and Red Ranger meat chickens along with our older heritage breeds, which we rotate to slaughter several times throughout the season. We prefer that our customers order their meat birds at the beginning of the new rotation, but we always raise plenty of extra chickens so if you would like to order your chickens from us please let us know!

Fresh Eggs
$6.00/dozen
We are delighted to offer you a choice between white, brown, or color assortment packs in quantities of one dozen, 18 pk, and flats (30 eggs). Availability is dependent on the season and the weather, since we use natural practices and therefore don't force our hens to over do it during their off season. Of course, our happy hens are still happy to produce impressive numbers of eggs even in winter months.
Fresh Turkey Eggs
$24.00/dozen
Discover the preferred flavor and texture of local chefs. There is nothing on earth that matches turkey eggs. They out match chicken eggs in protein, essential fatty acids, calories and good cholesterol. One turkey egg is the equivalent of roughly two medium chicken eggs for baking. With superbly thick, creamy consistency, firm yolk, excellent flavor, and promised freshness, these eggs are the best of the best.
